Most plans include healthy eating and exercise to ensure the best results for my clients. I will work with you to keep you accountable, on track and motivated to reach your goals.
I understand that adapting new fitness habits is difficult and often times fails. My goal is to change your view on fitness and keep you accountable to our goals, so that it becomes apart of who you are and your lifestyle. I strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle.

What to eat?!! With all those diets out there such as Paleo, Keto, Low-Carb and differing options, it's hard to know what or how to eat. I don't advise skipping meals or quick fix dieting. I don't believe in deprivation or restricting any food group or macro/micro nutrients. Many of my clients have lost weight and you can too with the proper nutrition for your body without supplements, special food, or pills... just real food from your local supermarket!
If you don't currently do Yoga or some form of stretching or Pilates, for building a strong core and foundation, you are missing out on vital practices to keep you moving, flexible, strong, and mentally focused. I could just go on and on about the benefits of Yoga! I have been teaching Yoga/Pilates for over 15 years and love the way I feel when I practice for myself. This class is formatted just like Silver Sneakers and is FREE to gym members. Classes meet every Tuesday at 11 am at Anytime Fitness in Hoschton. We use light hand held weights, resistance bands and small inflated balls for strength, ROM, balance, stability, low impact aerobics, stretch and more. And, we have fun!
Free to all Jackson County employees! Meets every 1st (held in auditorium) and 3rd (held in courthouse Grand Ballroom) Wednesday of the month at 12:30 pm - 1:00 pm. Bring a mat or towel. Not open to the public.....yet! Please stay posted!
