In the privacy of your home or my fully-equipped home gym. I take your fitness goals seriously. I understand that losing weight and/or gaining strength can be challenging. It is important for me to provide accountability on our journey to help you overcome hurdles and reach your goals. We will take a measure of the areas you are the strongest and weakest, plus other measurements such as body type, BMI, and metabolism, to create an individualized fitness and nutrition plan you can stick to and be successful at!
Let me help you lose weight for good! Yo-yo’ing is more harmful to your body than just maintaining an unhealthy weight. I will create a fitness/nutrition plan that if you stick to it, you WILL reach your goal weight. I don’t believe in starving or dieting and it’s not successful in the long term! The most successful plans include healthy eating AND exercise to ensure the best results for my clients. I will work with you to keep you accountable, on track and motivated to reach your goals.
I understand that adapting new fitness habits is difficult and often times fail. My goal is to change your view on fitness and keep you accountable to your goals, so that it becomes a part of who you are and your lifestyle. I strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle.
With social distancing a part of our lives right now, online training is a great option and affordable! Skype, Facetime, Facebook Live, Zoom, etc. are all free and we can get started right away.
What to eat?!! With all those diets out there such as Paleo, Keto, and Intermittent fasting for example, it's hard to know what or how to eat. I don't advise skipping meals or quick fix dieting. I don't believe in deprivation or restricting any food group or macro/micro nutrients. I can advise you on what to eat for increased energy, longevity and health without supplements, special food, or pills... just real food from your local supermarket!
If you don't currently do Yoga or some form of stretching or Pilates for building a strong core and foundation, you are missing out on vital practices to keep you moving, flexible, strong, and mentally focused. I could just go on and on about the benefits of Yoga & Pilates! I have been teaching Yoga/Pilates for over 15 years and love the way I feel when I practice for myself.
